ALL FOR ONE, ONE FOR ALL
No man is an island, especially not in a corporate world. Learning to complement the other members of your team is therefore essential for long-term success. Voice your opinions (even if it cost your head), give honest feedback (not in vengeance) and share ideas on how to make things easier (success not always come in hard way), faster and more productive. This will enable your team to work effectively together as one, for the benefit of all.
